If You Really Knew Me

Hey Everyone!! This is something that I’ve been wanting to do for awhile now. I was sitting here studying for World History and this thought just popped into my head out of nowhere. If you really knew me:

If you really knew me, you would know that I am ridiculously very hard on myself and am my own worst critic. If you really knew me, you would see the scars on my wrists that tell a very painful story of a girl, who in search of finding herself, ended up losing herself, and through that…she finally found out who she was and who she wanted to be. You would see the secrets and lies and through those, you will see new beginnings. If you really knew me, you would know that I have a very big heart for the nations and for God. If you really knew me, you would know that I’m just a misunderstood girl who is doing what she loves and is living and loving the life she has been  given. If you really knew me, you would see a writer that is trying to make her dreams come true. If you really knew me, you would know that I’m Sarah. Plain and simple. If you really knew me, you would know that I want to be remembered as someone who did the best she could with the talents, gifting, and callings that God has so graciously blessed her with. If you really know me, you would know that I believe the world will tell you who you are until you tell the world. If you really knew me, you would know that I truly want to live by something Gandhi once said, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

That’s pretty much it!!

Bye!!
